Overview
According to the data research, the country’s 175 largest universities can provide on-campus accommodations for only 21.5% of undergraduates., which forces students to join the renting market to looking for the off-campus housing resources. At the same time, due to the tight budget, almost 60% of student renters will find roommate to share the space to reduce the rent costs. So I establish a student-based housing platform, student can find the affordable houses and compatible roommates at the same time.

The primary color red was chosen due to its association with youngster’s energetic vibe, which reinforces the concept and the connection with student users. Meanwhile, supporting colors were chosen to bring profession and trust. As for the font, it’s functional, yet friendly, which is exactly what’s needed for an app like this.
